POSONLY is browser-based point-of-sale software for Philippine businesses. Cashiers can find products, apply a discount, record payment and print a company-branded receipt. Completed sales update inventory at the selected location.

From product search to a saved receipt.
Search by name, SKU or barcode, select the exact variant and review the quantities. Tag a customer when needed. Apply an allowed discount and check the tax calculation before recording payment and completing the sale.

Record how the customer paid.
Record cash, card or digital-wallet amounts, including split tenders. Card and wallet charges are processed on your separate terminal or payment service; POSONLY records the result. Subscription payments for POSONLY itself are separate from your customer sales.
- Review the total, tender amounts and any change due.
- Open and close cash sessions and review recorded cash movements.
- POSONLY does not collect a customer’s card number, bank password or wallet OTP.
A receipt that belongs to your company.
Administrators can set the company name, logo, address, contact number and receipt text in Settings. The receipt preview and printable receipt use these details. Reopen a saved sale from Reports to print another copy.

Use individual accounts for administrators, managers and cashiers. Cashiers focus on checkout; manager and administrator permissions cover additional inventory and reporting tasks. Administrators manage team access and company settings.

In practice
One ₱770 sale, two recorded tenders.
A customer buys a ₱450 tote and a ₱320 mug. For this example, no discount or tax is added. You record ₱500 cash and ₱270 from a payment already completed on a separate wallet service. POSONLY saves the ₱770 sale and deducts one of each product from the selected store.

Annual pricing is one invoice for the annual total shown. Renewal invoices are paid individually; POSONLY does not automatically debit a card or wallet. Hardware and separate customer payment services are not included.

What hardware do I need for POSONLY?
Start with a computer or tablet, a current browser and a reliable connection. A scanner in keyboard mode can enter saved barcodes. Printing uses your operating-system driver and browser print dialog. Use a separate approved card terminal; automatic cash-drawer control is not included.
What happens if the connection drops during checkout?
Keep the original tab and use Check sale status after reconnecting. This checks the original transaction before you try again. Do not recreate an uncertain sale or charge a customer a second time. The separate saved POS can queue cash sales after Offline mode is enabled. Keep uncertain online checkouts separate from that queue.
Is POSONLY BIR-certified accounting software?
POSONLY provides operational sales and stock reports. It does not claim BIR certification or replace your accounting system. Confirm your business’s tax, receipt and recordkeeping requirements with the appropriate adviser before using it for statutory reporting.
