POSONLY is cloud inventory management software that connects product records, location stock and point-of-sale transactions in one company workspace. Use it to see what is available, record deliveries and keep an exact stock movement history.

One catalog, including every size and color.
Give each sellable variant its own SKU, barcode, price and stock quantity. Group related products into a family with attributes such as size and color, so a medium blue shirt stays distinct from a large blue shirt.

Stock changes when a sale is completed.
A completed POS checkout deducts the sold quantities from the selected location. An accepted return updates stock according to the recorded return. Held carts do not reserve stock; review availability again when completing checkout.

Move stock between stores and warehouses.
Choose the active location before selling or receiving. When stock moves, use a transfer to record the source, destination and quantity together. This gives managers a shared view without merging every branch into one stock figure.

Turn low-stock alerts into a replenishment plan.
Set stock thresholds for products and locations. Reorder rules help create purchase-order drafts for review. Receive a delivery against its purchase order, including partial deliveries, to update inventory with the quantities actually received.

In practice
A shirt sale, without a second stock entry.
Your Main store has six medium blue shirts. The cashier sells two of that exact variant through POS. After checkout is completed, Main store shows four. If a manager transfers one shirt from a second store, the transfer records both locations and Main store shows five.

Annual pricing is one invoice for the annual total shown. Renewal invoices are paid individually; POSONLY does not automatically debit a card or wallet. Hardware and separate customer payment services are not included.

Who can use POSONLY inventory management?
Retail stores, boutiques, convenience stores, wholesalers and other small businesses that sell countable products can manage stock and sales together. Cafés can track sellable items; ingredient recipes and recipe-based stock deductions are not included.
Does POSONLY connect to online marketplaces?
Live Shopify, WooCommerce and marketplace connectors are not available in the current production service. Channel synchronization can be explored with simulated integrations in local testing. Physical stores and warehouses use the same company inventory records.
Can inventory be managed offline?
Enable Offline mode on a trusted device while connected to save a 24-hour catalog and queue walk-in cash sales. The server checks stock and the original quote when syncing. Offline stock edits are not supported.
