POSONLY is operated by Pablito Torres, trading as POSONLY. It is an online software service. The public product pages and user guide describe the current service so businesses can review its fit before creating a workspace.

POSONLY supports retailers, boutiques, convenience stores, wholesalers and small teams that sell countable products. Multi-location plans let businesses manage stores and warehouses in the same workspace. Cafés can record sales of finished items without a complex training process.

What to expect from the current service.
Use POSONLY in a current browser with a reliable internet connection. Customer payment methods are recorded in the POS; customer card and wallet charges use a separate payment service. The production service does not currently offer live marketplace connectors or ingredient-recipe management. Offline mode supports a saved catalog and provisional cash sales.

- Sales and financial reports support daily operations and do not replace a complete accounting system.
Clear account and privacy information.
Administrators decide which staff can access their company workspace. Google sign-in is optional. Our privacy policy explains account data, business records, payment-provider references, sessions and requests about personal information.
- Use your own staff account rather than sharing a cashier login.
- Receipt details are managed by each company in Settings.
- Never enter card security codes, bank passwords or wallet OTPs in POSONLY fields.

A workspace your staff can learn one task at a time.
Start with a Main store, add products and opening stock, review company and receipt settings, then invite staff by creating their accounts. The field guide covers checkout, returns, purchasing, reports, billing and troubleshooting with practical steps.

New workspaces include a 14-day trial. No card is required to register. Monthly and annual plans include inventory, POS, branded receipts and reports; location and active staff limits vary.
